The balance is due 10 weeks prior to the start date.The Damage deposit (where applicable) is due 10 weeks prior to the start date.(Please note we only accept cheques or BACS for Damage Deposits)

All sporting groups and selected other groups are contracted and a damage deposit must be paid of £50.00 per unit at least 10 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday. The parks will not allow you to check in or stay on park without paying this so it is best to be really organised and pay it well in advance.
We will refund the damage deposit (with any damages deducted) within approximately 21 days of your stay following a report from the Park Manager. These must be paid by either cheque, postal order, BACS or internet banking. We suggest this is outlined to your group members and taken from them so they are responsible for their actions.
The easiest way to stay organised is to get yourself a diary or even set up a reminder on your phone for when everything is due. Remember the following important dates:
7 days - Deposit due within 7 days
7 days Contract must be returned within 7 days of receipt, signed and dated by the organiser
10 weeks Balance is due 10 weeks before travel
10 weeks Damage deposit is due (Where appropriate)
4 Weeks Rooming list is due

Set up a spread sheet with payments on and the due dates – keep track of who has paid what and when as well as their total cost so you never miss a payment.

If you have any special request please inform us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to meet any such requests but must advise their provision does not form part of the contract between us.
Cots and highchairs are available for hire and can be added to your booking for £15 per item.
This is possible on most of our parks at the park manager's discretion. Food and refreshments can be supplied at a small extra cost. Contact us to discuss your needs.
Some of our parks do allow BBQ's in small groups – they must be raised off the ground. If you are looking for space for a large group contact us to discuss your needs.
All of our holiday homes include the following:
Colour Television, Gas/Electric Fire in the lounge, fitted kitchen with cooker, oven and grill, bathroom with shower and toilet, FREE Gas, Electricity and Bed linen.
You will need to bring:Towels, tea towels, toiletries and washing up liquid.
The only restrictions are at least one person in each caravan must be 18 or over.
The holiday parks cater primarily for family holidays (With the exception of angling parties at White Acres). Bookings from all female or all male parties will only be accepted at our absolute discretion. If you wish to book a single sex party you MUST inform us of this and of the ages of all members of your party at the time of booking.
If your booking is accepted we will send you a Booking Confirmation with the details of your party on it. It is your responsibility to ensure that these details are correct and tell us immediately if they are not. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation in a holiday home if your party is not the same as set out on the Booking Confirmation.
There are wheelchair friendly holiday homes on park which come with the following features:
- Parking outside the holiday home
- Ramp to the doorway
- Sliding doors to each room except the twin room
- Wider corridors
- Large double bedroom with wheelchair access all round
- Bathroom with handrails next to the toilet and a seat in the shower

You may take your dog on holiday with you in selected dog friendly accommodation. There is a charge of £30 per pet, per week or part week (max two dogs). (Guide Dogs are exempt from these charges and are welcome in all accommodation free of charge.)

If you need to make any changes to your booking there will be an amendment fee of £10 per booking.
If we need to make changes to your booking we will inform you as soon as possible before your holiday. We will always endeavour to offer alternatives where possible, if alternative arrangements cannot be made we will refund all amounts you have made payable to us.
It is not always possible to guarantee an accommodation in a specific unit.We reserve the right to change accommodation where necessary.
If you cancel your holiday you will be responsible for the full cost of your holiday. However if you have bought Holiday Cancellation Cover, you will be covered for these costs depending on when you cancel your holiday and the reasons for cancelling.
Check in time is from 4pm onwards. However you are welcome to use all facilities on the park, should you arrive prior to 4pm. Organiser/Group Leaders must report to reception on arrival at park. At this point we will give you details about any organised events or activities relevant to your group and explain any particular matters relating to your group while they are staying on park.
If you arrive late you can collect your keys from either the security office or main complex. Please check our individual park FAQ's for more details about each specific park. Please note, we do not accept arrivals after 11pm - other than under extreme circumstances, and then security on the park will provide the keys to your accommodation. Please advise us at the time of booking if you intend to arrive late.
Check out of accommodation by 10am.Customers are more than welcome to use the facilities during the day.
As our holidays are primarily for families your behaviour should be appropriate and should not be noisy, offensive or likely to cause any harm to our other guest, staff or property at the holiday park. If we feel your behaviour is illegal, offensive, disruptive or inappropriate we will ask you to leave the holiday park. In these circumstances no refund will be given.
In the unlikely event of having a concern or complaint during your holiday, please make it known immediately to the staff on park who will act appropriately to try to resolve straight away.
